When will my food get delivered?

All of our food is freshly made to order, so we process the order and email you on our next available delivery date. We currently deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays. We use DPD with a premium 12 service who will notify you with a 1 hour time slot to ensure a safe delivery. Usually you will be informed within 24 hours of your order with a personal email about your delivery date.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide around the UK. We don’t deliver to Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands.

Do customers have the flexibility to easily cancel their plan at any time?

Yes, they can cancel the plan at any time as long as we are given 5 days notice prior to their next delivery. All our food is prepared fresh for our customers so we need this time to process the cancellation. You can cancel with our weekly support team via email.

Do you have an exit fee to cancel this service?

No, there are no additional charges or exit fees to cancel the plan, however if you have selected the cheaper 12 week price plan and you cancel after 4 weeks you will pay the 4 week price. It is unfair to allow customers to choose the longer/cheaper plan and only do the short duration. If you are unsure if you will like our food you can try our taster plan.

How does it work?

Take our nutritional assessment – we will work out approximately what you burn with your individual profile and then recommend a plan that would be best suited to you. This personalised approach helps you to stay consistent when trying to lose weight. You then have the option to choose between one of our plans and to select between the 1-12 week duration. You can then select your delicious meals to get delivered on a weekly or fortnightly basis. All of our meals are freshly prepared to your order, calorie controlled and have a high protein content to help you lose weight. 

How much weight will I lose on the plan?

All of our customers have different weight loss results on their tailored plans. We recommend for you to select a plan so you are on a daily calorie deficit of between 500 – 1000kcal per day. This will help you lose weight consistently. Our mission is to help as many people lose weight whilst enjoying the food. Some see a huge amount of weight loss within the first few weeks and others see slower but more consistent results. We have had customers lose from 1lb per week to 1 stone per week. However, our target for our customers is to lose 1-2lb per week.

Will you show me what to eat and when to eat on the plan?

Each plan will have a personalised step by step guide on how to follow the plan and how to achieve the best results. 

What if I am hungry on my plan?

We have quite a few of our customers who feel hungry for the first few days then adjust to what their body needs and don’t feel hungry on the plan. By taking out Nutritional Assessment and selecting the correct plan you should be on a 500 – 1000kcal deficit per day making the plan as sustainable as possible. If you have exercised more than what you have told us and you feel hungry we recommend boosting kcals slightly.

Should I exercise on the plan?

You don’t have to exercise to lose weight on the plan. The plan you choose will be designed to your activity level. However to optimise results we recommend High intensity interval training for 25 – 30 minutes 3 times a week. 

Do I need to add anything to the diet?

The only extras you will have to add to your diet will be skimmed milk, strawberries/blueberries and honey (optional) with your breakfasts. We include everything else. There is no need to cook or prepare anything else we have done it for you.

Before your delivery you will be notified by our courier via email and text message the time of delivery. However, if your not home you can state to our courier to leave your plan in a safe place or with a neighbour. You will also be able to track your delivery online and see how long the delivery is going to be.
